OBIC advances flexible work styles so that all employees can use their abilities to the fullest.
By introducing paid holidays that can be used in one-hour increments, permitting shorter working hours for parents for child-raising until their children finish the sixth grade of elementary school, introducing staggered work hours and allowing telework, the Company is promoting work styles that best suit employees' lifestyles regardless of time or place.
Kurumin Certification
OBIC received the Kurumin certification from the Minister
of Health, Labour and Welfare for being a company that
excels at supporting childcare.
We are continuing to work on creating an environment
where all employees can work for a long time while
growing by supporting a good balance between work and
childcare through various initiatives such as improving
childcare leave and shortened working hours.
