We believe that this mission can be achieved through constant innovation by employees who are able to demonstrate their abilities in full.
Therefore, it is essential that we create environments in which employees can work and grow with good health and energy.
Since our founding in 1968, we have nurtured the OBIC Family (with an emphasis on new graduates), and based on this, we will continue striving to maintain and enhance the health of our employees.
